Reset Forgotten Password

If a password is forgotten, it can be changed from the login screen. Click Forgot Password.

A new screen will appear asking for the email connected to the account.

Enter the appropriate email and click Send Reset Email. An email will be sent asking the user to reset their password. Follow the steps required in the email to fully reset the password. Once that is complete, the user will then be able to access their account using the new password.
