Aged Inventory (1+ Years)

A report on materials that have not been picked for a year or more.

Available Materials

A report on all materials with a quantity greater than 0.

Capacity Storage Rules

Lists all storage rules that set a maximum stock capacity and which material the rule applies to. A snapshot charts the values assigned to "Max Stock Per Bin."

Expired Materials

A report on materials that have reached or passed their expiry date.

Material List

List of all Materials in your database, with their info and quantities. Adding a filter to this report to find "Net Quantity" "less than" "0" will return any columns are going to be short on stock.

Materials Below Reorder Point

A list of materials that have reached the reorder point.

Materials Expiring Next 7 Days

A report on materials with an expiry date in the next 7 days.

Materials Expiring Next 30 Days

A report on materials with an expiry date in the next 30 days.

Net Material Shortages

A report on all materials with a net quantity less than 0.

Zero Quantity Material

A report on all materials with 0 quantity.
