ItemPath Integration Guide

ItemPath is designed to work as a bridge between your enterprise resource planning (ERP) software and your Kardex/Power Pick system. By creating specific integrations, inside of ItemPath you can create and delete data in either system.

While you can complete this course before taking others, we recommend completing our ItemPath Basics course to develop a basic understanding of ItemPath concepts. If you want to plan an integration that brings Orders (e.g., requests to pick items) from your ERP into Power Pick, this course is a good starting place.

In this course you will learn about:

  • The various integration applications (Data Pull, Data Push, and Variance) and common workflows between these applications
  • How to manage and plan an integration project
  • How to configure and test connections, integrations, and mappings
  • How to activate your integrations

If you are a developer looking to learn more about interacting with the ItemPath API directly, this course can help familiarize you with some of the business logic and steps that go into planning an integration. Details about working with the API are available in our ItemPath API course.
