  • Block Reason (from Material table)

    Reason for blocking the material from warehouse operations.

  • Blocked (from Material table)

    Sets or resets if the material is blocked from warehousing operations, i.e. picking and putting.

    Values:

    0 = False
    1 = True

  • Can Order Point (from Material table)

    The material will be handled in the Material Can-order List, as soon as its stock falls below the entered value.

  • Cell Name (from Bin table)

    Name of the cell in which the bin is located, e.g. A1.

  • Color (from Bin table)

    Color assigned to the bin, in decimal format, e.g. 16777215 for white. Used in the graphical view in location management.

  • Confirmed Value

    Calculated value of actual quantity of units processed, confirmed by the user.

  • Creation Date (from Material table)

    Date and time storage rule was created.

  • Default Bin

    Sets or resets the default (or favourite) bin the material should be stored in, unless overridden.

  • Depth (from Bin table)

    Front-to-back dimension of the bin. With Flexcon dividers, this is usually a multiple of 212.5 (2.125" slots), rounded down, e.g. 212 or 637.

  • Description

    Description of the storage rule.

  • Fill Quantity (from Material table)

    The amount needed to replenish back to the can-order point.

  • Height (from Bin table)

    Optional bin height. Not divider height but height of the highest material in this bin type. Used mainly for Material Storage Rules to group low or high materials together.

  • Info1 (from Material table)

    Information field 1 of the material.

  • Info2 (from Material table)

    Information field 2 of the material.

  • Info3 (from Material table)

    Information field 3 of the material.

  • Info4 (from Material table)

    Information field 4 of the material.

  • Info5 (from Material table)

    Information field 5 of the material.

  • Inside Depth (from Bin table)

    Inner front-to-back dimension of the bin.

  • Inside Width (from Bin table)

    Inner left-to-right dimension of the bin.

  • Is Blocked (from Material table)

    Sets or resets if the material is blocked from warehousing operations, i.e. picking and putting.

    Values:

    0 = False
    1 = True

  • Max Stock Per Bin

    Maximum stock permitted per bin amount. When a bin is full, the overflow will be redirected into one or more other bins.

  • Maximum Locations

    The maximum number of locations that can have this storage rule.

  • Min Stock Per Bin

    Minimum stock permitted per bin amount. Used to compare with other storage rules minimums and maximums to determine which bin to put the material into.

  • Minimum Locations

    The minimum number of locations that can have this storage rule.

  • Name (from Bin table)

    Name of the bin.

  • Name (from Material table)

    Name of the material.

  • Pack Size

    Deprecated. The number of units in a pack.

  • Pack Size Usage Type

    Deprecated. Used especially for pick requests.

    Values:

    0 = NotSet
    1 = AcceptAsRequested
    2 = RoundDownAndShorten
    3 = RoundUpOverstock
    4 = RoundUpReturnDifference

  • Quantity (from Material table)

    Current quantity of the material in storage units.

  • Reorder Point (from Material table)

    The material will be handled in the Material Re-order List, as soon as its stock falls below the entered value.

  • Required Capacity

    The required capacity (0 to 100) for bins used to store a material.

  • Shortage (from Material table)

    The amount needed to replenish back to the reorder point.

  • Stored (from Material table)

  • Total Value (from Material table)

    The number of units multiplied by the value per unit.

  • Type (from Bin table)

    Type of bin. Default is 1.

    Values:

    1 = Bin
    2 = Container
    3 = Divisible Bin
    4 = Cell
    5 = Free space

  • Unit (from Material table)

    The unit of measurement related to the material, e.g. Piece, lb, mm, Pack, Liter.

  • Unit Value (from Material table)

    Value per unit of the material. Used by count orders.

  • Unit Weight (from Material table)

    Weight per unit of the material.

  • Width (from Bin table)

    Left-to-right dimension of the bin. With Flexcon dividers, this is usually a multiple of 200 (2" slots).

  • X Slots (from Bin table)

    Number of 2" slots in the bin's Flexcon divider on the x-axis.

  • Y Slots (from Bin table)

    Number of 2.125" slots in the bin's Flexcon divider on the y-axis.
