Report Columns

  • Block Reason

    Reason for blocking the material from warehouse operations.

  • Can Order Point

    The material will be handled in the Material Can-order List, as soon as its stock falls below the entered value.

  • Classification (Supplement)

    Classification of the supplemental document.

  • Counting Cycle (from Material Property table)

    Number of days between count orders for a material, assigned by a material property.

  • Creation Date

    Date and time the material was created.

  • Danger Class (from Material Property table)

    Number of the danger class assigned to the material.

  • Description (from Material Property table)

    Description of the material family the material was assigned to, from a dropdown list or tree structure.

  • Fill Quantity

    The amount needed to replenish back to the can-order point.

  • Hyperlink (Supplement)

    Hyperlink to the supplemental document.

  • Info1

    Information field 1 of the material.

  • Info2

    Information field 2 of the material.

  • Info3

    Information field 3 of the material.

  • Info4

    Information field 4 of the material.

  • Info5

    Information field 5 of the material.

  • Is Blocked

    Sets or resets if the material is blocked from warehousing operations, i.e. picking and putting.

    Values:

    0 = False
    1 = True

  • Location Count

    Calculates the number of locations (bins) where the material can be found.

  • Name

    Name of the material.

  • Name (from Material Property table)

    Name of the material property. This should indicate the rule being applied to the material.

  • Name (Supplement)

    Optional unique name for the supplement. If a name is not provided, the file name (without extension) is used.

  • Net Quantity

    Difference between the current quantity and allocated quantities (pick and put).

  • Origin (Supplement)

    The path to the original file of the supplemental document.

  • Pick Quantity

    Quantity allocated to be picked.

  • Put Quantity

    Quantity allocated to be put.

  • Quantity

    Current quantity of the material in storage units.

  • Reorder Point

    The material will be handled in the Material Re-order List, as soon as its stock falls below the entered value.

  • Shortage

    The amount needed to replenish back to the reorder point.

  • Stored

  • Total Value

    The number of units multiplied by the value per unit.

  • Type (Supplement)

    The file type or extension of the supplemental document.

  • Unit

    The unit of measurement related to the material, e.g. Piece, lb, mm, Pack, Liter.

  • Unit Value

    Value per unit of the material. Used by count orders.

  • Unit Weight

    Weight per unit of the material.
