    Values:

  • Can Order Point (from Material table)

    The material will be handled in the Material Can-order List, as soon as its stock falls below the entered value.

  • Capacity Reserved (from Location table)

    Percentage of location space reserved for allocated materials.

  • Capacity Used (from Location table)

    Percentage of location space used by stored materials.

  • Cell Name (from Bin table)

    Name of the cell in which the bin is located, e.g. A1.

  • Code (from Warehouse table)

    Code assigned to the warehouse.

  • Color (from Bin table)

    Color assigned to the bin, in decimal format, e.g. 16777215 for white. Used in the graphical view in location management.

  • Color (from Zone table)

    Color assigned to the zone, in decimal format, e.g. 16777215 for white. Used in the graphical view in location management.

  • Count Date

    Date and time the material was counted.

  • Counting Cycle (from Material Property table)

    Number of days between count orders for a material, assigned by a material property.

  • Creation Date (from Material table)

    Date and time the material was created.

  • Current Quantity

    Current quantity of one type of material in the location.

  • Danger Class (from Material Property table)

    Number of the danger class assigned to the material.

  • Depth (from Bin table)

    Front-to-back dimension of the bin. With Flexcon dividers, this is usually a multiple of 212.5 (2.125" slots), rounded down, e.g. 212 or 637.

  • Depth (from Location table)

    Front-to-back dimension of the location.

  • Depth (from Shelf table)

    Shelf depth. The preset unit of measurement is millimeters.

  • Depth Steps (from Shelf table)

    Shelf depth position is used when applying optical position indicators.

  • Description (from Material Property table)

  • Gross Depth (from Storage Unit table)

    The outer depth of the storage unit, used for static racks. The preset unit of measurement is millimeters.

  • Gross Width (from Storage Unit table)

    The outer width of the storage unit, used for static racks. The preset unit of measurement is millimeters.

  • Handling Unit (from Location table)

    The transport tote/container/cart used when processing the order or batch.

  • Height (from Bin table)

    Not divider height but height of the highest material in this bin type. Used mainly for Material Storage Rules to group low or high materials together.

  • Index (from Carrier table)

    The count index is the starting number of the carrier.

  • Info1 (from Material table)

    Information field 1 of the material.

  • Info2 (from Material table)

    Information field 2 of the material.

  • Info3 (from Material table)

    Information field 3 of the material.

  • Info4 (from Material table)

    Information field 4 of the material.

  • Info5 (from Material table)

    Information field 5 of the material.

  • Inside Depth (from Bin table)

    Inner front-to-back dimension of the bin.

  • Inside Width (from Bin table)

    Inner left-to-right dimension of the bin.

  • Is Blocked (from Material table)

    Sets or resets if the material is blocked from warehousing operations, i.e. picking and putting.

    Values:

    0 = False
    1 = True

  • Is Counted

    If the material has been counted this counting cycle.

    Values:

    0 = False
    1 = True

  • Max Weight (from Carrier table)

    Permitted weight limit of the carrier, if working with weight control. The preset unit of measurement is grams.

  • Max Weight (from Storage Unit table)

    Permitted weight limit of the carrier, if working with weight control. The preset unit of measurement is grams.

  • Maximum Height (from Shelf table)

    Maximum permitted height of the shelf. The preset unit of measurement is millimeters.

  • Maximum Weight (from Shelf table)

    Permitted weight limit of the shelf, if working with weight control. The preset unit of measurement is grams.

  • Minimum Height (from Shelf table)

    Minimum permitted height of the shelf. The preset unit of measurement is millimeters.

  • Multi Occupancy

    If there is more than one kind of material in the location.

    Values:

    0 = False
    1 = True

  • Name (from Bin table)

    Name of the bin. Bins are usually named by size (08×04 or Medium) or by the materials they store.

  • Name (from Carrier table)

    Name of the carrier.

  • Name (from Location table)

    Name of the location.

  • Name (from Material table)

    Name of the material.

  • Name (from Material Property table)

    Name of the material property. This should indicate the rule being applied to the material.

  • Name (from Shelf table)

    Name or number of the shelf.

  • Name (from Storage Unit table)

    Name of the storage unit.

    Name of the warehouse.

  • Name (from Zone table)

    Name of the zone. This should indicate a material property or storage strategy.

  • Net Depth (from Storage Unit table)

    The usable depth of the storage unit. The preset unit of measurement is millimeters.

  • Net Width (from Storage Unit table)

    The usable width of the storage unit. The preset unit of measurement is millimeters.

  • Next Count Date

    Date and time the next count is due.

  • Number (from Carrier table)

    Number of the carrier.

  • Number (from Shelf table)

    Number of the shelf.

  • Orientation (from Location table)

    Specification that the bin is to be stored on the shelf rotated. Default is 1 (no rotation).

    Values:

    1 = no rotation
    2 = rotated 90º
    3 = rotated 180º
    4 = rotated 270º

  • Permitted Quantity

    Maximum quantity of stock allowed to be stored in this location.

  • Pick Type (from Zone table)

    Zone picking strategy. Default is 1, regardless of zone type.

    Values:

    1 = Turn Over (old first)
    2 = Pick by Location Name
    3 = Pick to Clear (empty bins)

  • Put Type (from Zone table)

    Zone putting strategy. Default is 1, regardless of zone type.

    Values:

    1 = Put by Location Name
    2 = Put to Fill (a partially full bin)

  • Quantity (from Location table)

    Current quantity of one type of material in the location.

  • Quantity (from Material table)

    Current quantity of the material in storage units.

  • Reorder Point (from Material table)

    The material will be handled in the Material Re-order List, as soon as its stock falls below the entered value.

  • Sequence Number (from Shelf table)

    Assigned by the order in which the shelf was added to the database.

  • Shortage (from Material table)

    The amount needed to replenish back to the can-order point.

  • Steps Depth (from Storage Unit table)

    The number of position lights/picklights that are arranged across the depth for this type of storage unit.

  • Steps Width (from Storage Unit table)

    The number of position lights/picklights that are arranged across the width for this type of storage unit.

  • Storage Date

    Date and time oldest contents were stored.

  • Total Value (from Material table)

    The number of units multiplied by the value per unit.

  • Type (from Bin table)

    Type of bin. Default is 1.

    Values:

    1 = Bin
    2 = Container
    3 = Divisible Bin
    4 = Cell
    5 = Free space

  • Type (from Location table)

    Type of location (bin). Default is 1.

    Values:

    1 = Bin
    2 = Container
    3 = Divisible Bin
    4 = Cell
    5 = Free space

  • Type (from Storage Unit table)

    Storage unit type.

    Values:

    1 = Static Rack
    2 = Ground Storage
    3 = Vertical Carousel
    4 = Horizontal Carousel
    5 = Shuttle (VLM)
    6 = Single File (Material Flight)
    7 = Material Handling Unit
    8 = Production
    9 = Vertical Buffer

  • Type (from Zone table)

    Order designation for zone rules. Default is 1.

    Values:

    1 = Picking
    2 = Putting

  • Value Per Unit (from Material table)

    Value per unit of the material. Used by count orders. Used by count orders.

  • Width (from Bin table)

    Left-to-right dimension of the bin. With Flexcon dividers, this is usually a multiple of 200 (2" slots).

  • Width (from Location table)

    Left-to-right dimension of the location.

  • Width (from Shelf table)

    Shelf width. The preset unit of measurement is millimeters.

  • Width Steps (from Shelf table)

    Shelf width position is used when applying optical position indicators.

  • X-Coordinate (from Location table)

    Width coordinate. Usually a multiple of 200 (2" slots).

  • X Coordinate (from Shelf table)

    The x-coordinate of the shelf. Will be 0 unless there is more than one shelf side-by-side on the carrier.

  • X Slots (from Bin table)

    Number of 2" slots in the bin's Flexcon divider on the x-axis.

  • X Step (from Location table)

    Bin position on the tray on the x-axis.

  • Y-Coordinate (from Location table)

    Depth coordinate. Usually multiple of 212.5 (2.125" slots), rounded down, e.g. 850 or 1700.

  • Y Coordinate (from Shelf table)

    The y-coordinate of the shelf. Will be 0 unless there is more than one shelf side-by-side on the carrier.

  • Y Slots (from Bin table)

    Number of 2.125" slots in the bin's Flexcon divider on the y-axis.

  • Y Step (from Location table)

    Bin position on the tray on the y-axis.

  • Z Coordinate (from Shelf table)

    The z-coordinate of the shelf. Will be 0 unless there is more than one shelf stacked on the carrier.
