Why is a Pick Order "Not-Processable" in Power Pick?
When a Pick Order is flagged as "not-processable" in Power Pick, it typically indicates a mismatch between the order requirements and the current state of the inventory.
Blocked Material
The most common reason for this error is that the material required for the order is on hold or blocked in Power Pick. If the stock is restricted, it cannot be allocated to a live order.
To get the order moving again, locate the reason for the hold in Power Pick. The material may be blocked across the entire system, or only in a specific location. If the block is no longer necessary, remove the hold and try to allocate your Order again.
Other Potential Causes
If the material is not blocked, but the error persists, verify that there is sufficient physical quantity in an available storage location. There are various scenarios that may result in a "not-processable" error, including but not limited to:
- There is no stock at all for this material.
- The available stock has already been allocated to one or more Pick Orders.
- The available stock does not match specific attributes in the Pick request (e.g. lot, qualification).
- The available stock has expired.
