Why is a Put Order "Not-Processable" in Power Pick?
When a Put Order is flagged as "not-processable" in Power Pick, it typically indicates that Power Pick cannot allocate the Pick.
When a Put Order is allocated, a bin location is reserved for putting away the material. If a Put allocation doesn't work, this means Power Pick was unable to find a suitable location to put away the material.
Potential Causes
There are a variety of reasons why Power Pick may not be able to allocate a Put Order, including but not limited to:
- There are no available bins that match the storage rule(s) of the material.
- There are no storage rules configured for the material.
- There are no available bins in the zone that is specified for the material's property.
