Why can't I import a report template?

If you are having issues importing a report template from ItemPath.com or from a different ItemPath environment, it’s possible that the environment where the template was exported from is on a newer version of ItemPath than the one you are running. You’ll want to update ItemPath to the latest version to get the benefit of new features.
