When configuring your Kardex connection settings in ItemPath, the Database URL/IP and Port field will accept either:
- An IP Address and Port: An accessible, dedicated IP address (along with the port number if it differs from the default
1433). - A Domain / Hostname: A full URL/domain address (e.g.,
https://example-domain.net).
Ensure that whichever format you use, the database port is accessible through your firewall settings.
