• Adds new Data Pull setting: Append Lines.
  This setting defaults to not enabled. If the setting is enabled, when the pulled-in order has the name of an existing or completed order, Data Pull will attempt to add only unique lines.

Bugfixes:

• Creating an order with the name of a completed order would throw a validation error. This was introduced in 2.10.0 and is now fixed.
• Invalid Web Services sessions no longer prevent order creation/deletion.
• When an API call is made to GET /orders with a query parameter of "status=processed," the response time is much faster.
