2.13.1 - OData Query Formatting in Data Pull

Bugfixes:
- When running manual Data Pull, the user can now select the data type of the mapping. This will prevent Number values from being wrapped by single quotes, for an OData endpoint queries. If the conversion of data type fails, it will default back to a string value.
