2.25 Summary

Data Pull

• Data Pull flat grouping supports order lines being present in either the "Lines" and "Orders" mapping. This was previously available but a recent unintended change resulted in the "Orders" mapping no longer working in flat data structures.
• Data Pull jobs that time out are now handled gracefully. A log is generated and the task status is updated(instead of being stuck in process).
• Improves SQL querying when appending lines to an existing order.

Data Push

• Fixes bug where Data Push integrations requiring Manual Approval would not send transactions.
• Manually sending a transaction now properly applies the Null Value Handling setting.

Misc

• The GET /materials endpoint SQL querying performance has been improved.

• Adjust the Data Push workflow action so the failed records are pulled based on the integration's filter, rather than using a History report.
• It is now possible to adjust the value returned in the event of a null mapped value. Null, empty string, or a custom string can be used to replace null values. Currently only available when sending transactions automatically (not available when manually sending transactions).

Misc

• Fixes issue where a successful de-allocation message would show when busy lines were unable to be de-allocated
• A Terms of Service pop up has been added and must be accepted once per ItemPath instance
• The connections view now shows the # of integrations that use each connection
• Fixes issue where a new widget would not immediately generate data

• Errors no longer returned from the API when updating a resource and passing the same value for a property that requires distinct values.

• New setting available in Data Pull Order Delete Integrations: Include in Automatic Polling. By default, Delete Order Integrations are only triggered through manual runs. If this setting is enabled, the integration will be included in the automatic polling cycle.
• New setting available in Data Pull Order Delete Integrations: Delete Lines Only. If this setting is enabled, ItemPath will only delete lines of the pulled order. The Line Number mapping must be set up in the integration mappings to ensure lines are deleted.

Bug Fix

• Fixes issue where updating a user would fail.

Misc

• There is now a warning prompt when deleting reports used in Integrations and/or Workflows.

  • When Data Pull is triggered using the "Manual Pull" feature, the existing order logic is adjusted to allow recreation of orders that have been deleted. In this case any order lines that were fully or partially processed will not be recreated.
• "Manual Pull" setting has been renamed to "Manual Pull (OData)"
• Count is now available as the default direction type

Variance

• Variance integrations can now be used to fetch data from API connections

Data Push

• Fixes issue where ItemPath would send incorrect data when Consolidating Orders. The incorrect mapped values were any History Order Line Mappings.

Order Builder

• Count Orders can now be created through the Manual Order Builder

Misc

• PDF generation in a file workflow action is no longer supported
• Fixes issue where setting access level(e.g. a specific report) permissions would error out
• Help text in the UI when disconnected from API has been adjusted to "Try refreshing your browser?"
