Can I move a report to a different environment?
If you'd like to use a report you've created in a different environment, you can export a template of the settings from the original environment and import it into the new one.
If the version of ItemPath is different between the two environments, there is a potential for some settings to be incompatible. Be prepared that you may need to make some minor adjustments to the report after importing it.
You can export a report template by opening the Export tab of the report settings and click the "Download Template" button. A pop-up will ask you to confirm.
This will download a JSON file to your computer, which can be imported into another environment from the Reports page using "Import Report" button at the top right, next to the "New Report" button.
You'll then be prompted to choose your JSON file and confirm the import.
Once imported, you'll be taken to the report settings page, where you can make any necessary adjustments.
