Why am I not being redirected after logging in?
Issue:
After logging in to the ItemPath UI, the page doesn't redirect to the dashboard.
Resolution:
Clear your cache/cookies on your browser.
After upgrading to ItemPath versions 2.9.5 and up, you have access to new user permissions that affect what you're able to access in ItemPath. Clearing your browser's local storage enables the rules that determine what you can view are able to function properly.
This is likely only something you'll need to do once, after an upgrade from version 2.9.4 or earlier, but there's no harm in clearing your cache regularly after each update. Just keep in mind that your dashboard may take a moment longer to load the first time afterward.
