How many actions can I have in a workflow?
The amount of actions you can have in a workflow is unlimited, but the more actions you have, the longer it will take for the workflow to complete. Keep this in mind if setting up a workflow that will be triggered frequently, especially if the workflow is generating reports with a large amount of data.
It's also recommended to set up one email action to multiple email addresses, rather than multiple email actions to one email address each. This will reduce the amount of time it takes for the workflow to complete.
