Where did my transactions/history records go?
Issue:
Transactions are missing in PowerPick.
Resolution:
Check PowerPick's History parameters for the "Days to keep" setting.
History records of PowerPick transactions are stored in PowerPick's database, which ItemPath accesses through the API. If you are not seeing some old transactions in ItemPath, it is likely that they've been archived in PowerPick.
The number of days PowerPick stores data is configurable within PowerPick. The purpose of this is to keep the database from slowing down because of hundreds of thousands of records.

For assistance with changing PowerPick settings, contact your PowerPick administrator.
