Sorting reports allows the viewer to select a column and choose whether it appears in ascending or descending order.

To do this, click on the column title once or twice. An arrow will appear pointing up (ascending) when clicked once, pointing down (descending) when clicked twice, or will disappear when clicked three times showing that sorting is turned off.

Sorting can be applied to any column and can be changed based on current specifications.
