Workflows Overview

Workflows are the messengers which transmit reports to the necessary recipients based on the preferred or selected method of communication.

Use Workflows to auto-generate and send selected reports or alerts to a channel (some options may only work if you’ve purchased the required add-on).

Example channels:

• Email
• SMS
• Coloured lights
• Alarms and other controls

Choose from several output formats (may require add-ons):

• Text file
• PDF
• Excel spreadsheet

Users' ability to view, create, edit, and delete workflows is determined by the permissions of their user role.
