Reports
Reports in ItemPath offer both an alternative to doing reports in Power Pick itself as well as adding reporting features in Power Pick.
Note: For pre-built popular reports, see our list of downloadable templates.
When reports are connected to workflows and apps, it allows for errors or information to be found quickly and easily. The reporting tool in ItemPath enables you to easily create your own reports of Power Pick data. It will save you time and effort because we’ve built-in the connection to Powe rPick data.
This further enhances your ability to develop reports that are more efficient, more accessible, don't use a Power Pick user license, and can present information easily and visually.
Some of the things you can do with reports:
- Run reports in a browser from any computer or device that has a secure connection to the system.
- Use the reports in a Workflow to auto-send them in different formats to email, text, CSV, etc.
- Set up Snapshots that offer time-based and grouped data for graphs and charts.
- Create Widgets using Snapshots to build your own Dashboards.
All of the reports are stored here.
This is an example of the master list of reports created and they are listed based on title, theme, and permissible actions for quick and easy selection. Users' ability to view, create, edit, and delete reports is determined by the permissions of their user role.
See Creating & Importing Reports for how to start a new report.
