Data Push isn't picking up transactions with export state 6 "Not to be exported"

Export state 6 “Not to be exported” will be assigned to any material in Power Pick where the Local Inventory checkbox is selected on the material property. 

The Power Pick Cross Enterprise Unit Handbook indicates that if the Local Inventory checkbox is set to true "no stock movements of the material are reported to the host system. In the history list, all new entries of the material are assigned the export status "6" (= NoExport)." 

This setting is often used for test materials, to ensure they are not exported in error. If you are working in a test environment, it’s not necessary to use this setting.
