What kinds of transactions can be sent to an ERP?
Using Data Push, you can send any of the following transaction types:
- 0 Normal Action
- 1 Manual Put Transaction
- 2 Manual Pick Transaction
- 3 Put Order Line
- 4 Pick Order Line
- 5 Transfer Event
- 6 Count Order Line
- 7 Context Count
- 8 Material was renamed
- 9 Stock Manipulation Event
- 10 Stock Adjustment from a Shortage Motive
- 11 Order Line Deletion
- 12 Purge Event
- 13 Production Order Line
Types 3 and 4 are the most common (usually as confirmations of orders created through an integration), followed by type 6 (count confirmations).
You can filter by each type, and depending how you want to handle them, can set up a separate Data Push integration for each.
Of the other most common transaction types, you likely won't be sending types 1 & 2 (manual transactions), though you may want to record types 9 & 10 (adjustments affecting inventory).
Take a look at our Data Push documentation to read about filtering (including by motive and history type) and other settings for automatic transaction exporting.
The fields available in Data Push for transactions, either for filtering or mapping, are listed here.
