Order Creation Failed
Issue:
When creating a new order, Error 422 is returned.
Resolution:
Review logs to for more information on the error.
An error with the status code 422 is typically due to a duplicate order. You can look for more details in the Itempath API logs, which you can access from the footer of your ItemPath site, or via an API call.

Re-Send Failed Attempts
If necessary, you can re-send any failed attempts within the Data Push App. There you’ll find a Failed Attempts tab where you can select individual order lines, or select all and then select Resend. For more information on resending failed attempts, see Integration Failed Attempts.
